We reserve the right to refuse sell to anyone at any given time.We are state inspected(Last inspection-4/2022) State inspection finding Compliant(State License-#CB-8289) (Missouri Business License -#20138041) We are also USDA inspected and have had no non-compliance's (last inspected 4/2022) and we are Akc inspected as well with complete endorsements from them.(inspected 2022)

Methods of payment excepted -

2. Pay-pal - there is a 4%  fee associated with this method(which is the responsibility of buyer)This fee must be added to your payment.

3. Bank transfer
4.personal checks-there is a 7-14 day clearing time on all checks and puppies will not be held or shipped until check has cleared unless the puppy is less than 4 weeks of age.

We never except cashiers checks or money orders (no exceptions)...

Deposits-
We require a $350.00 non refundable deposit on all pups less than 8 weeks of age. Any pups or adults purchased over this age must be paid in full.
Deposits must be received within 24 hours of agreed purchase in order to reserve a puppy of your choice.Deposit need to be paid via pay-pal.Payment in full is due by the time your puppy is 6 weeks of age unless prior arrangements have been made before hand.

The shipping fee is $590.00/$750.00 anywhere in the U.S.(depending on whether or not your puppy is old enough for a rabies vaccination or not.there will be an additional $20.00 fee){All prices may be higher if puppy is over 14 weeks of age}.

All of our puppies will be shipped out of the St .Louis airport (Lambert international)We only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
All flights are subject to weather and fling conditions.{temperatures must be with 85/20 degrees at every stop on the flight, before a puppy can be cleared to fly. This is out of our control and buyers must understand we have nothing to do with the restrictions set by the airlines. But we will do our best to get your puppy shipped as soon as humanly possible. As for all prices these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Registration-All of our pups come with limited registration {which means they can not be used for breeding or showing purposes}.
We do offer showing rights to qualified homes only.

Puppy prices-

Pet homes-$2000.00/$3000.00(with limited registration) 

Breeder/showing homes- Offered on a limited basis only-Only offered on select puppies to selective homes.Prices for that will be between $4500.00/$5500.00 when granted

If Purchased As a Pet/Companion: 

If this dog is not yet spayed/neutered, buyer agrees he/she will have said dog spayed or neutered by six months of age. "A copy of the receipt from the performing vet must be sent to breeder". Registration papers maybe withheld until the proof of spay/neuter is sent to seller. Regardless of whether or not you want the papers, proof of spay/neuter is required as part of the contract and must be sent to Seller by seven months of age.

Any/All breeding is prohibited. Breeding or allowing said dog to be bred whether on purpose or by gross negligence obligates the purchaser to return seller amount of the purchase price and proof of the dog being spayed/neutered within thirty (30) days and access and all rights to recoup the litter.

If Purchased As a Showing Prospect: 

This dog is sold as a show prospect under full AKC registration. It is understood to mean that in the opinion of the breeder, this dog is a good example of the breed and does not possess any faults that would get him/her disqualified under the AKC standard for this breed. However there is no way to guarantee a dog will become a champion as there are many factors that are not in sellers control once the dog leaves our care.

The buyer agrees that this dog shall never be sold, given, traded or in any other way offered to a puppy mill, humane society, pet shop, broker, laboratory, auction or wholesaler.
